CLI Investment & Management is an independent investment and consulting company founded in 2019 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas. It focuses on providing investment opportunities in commercial and residential the real estate in Texas and the Sun Belt region of the United States. We are committed to exploring high-quality projects in the field of alternative investments in the United States, providing excellent U.S. commercial real estate investment opportunities, and helping investors achieve high risk-adjusted returns.
Irene Shen
CEO, Co-Founder
Irene has more than 20 years of experience with investment management and investor relations. Prior to co-founding CLI, Mrs. Shen was a Director at Civitas Capital Group, where she raised capital for over 20 commercial real estate projects with a total deal value of over $1.3 billion. Previously, she was VP – Senior Financial Advisor with Charles Schwab & Co. for more than nine years, managing $300 million worth of investors’ assets.

Irene is an alumna of Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, she is accredited with the FINRA series 22 and 63 private placement licenses. Beyond her professional pursuits, Irene has a passion for travel and flower arranging, and she has also dedicated herself to managing and operating a privately-run family charitable foundation.
