In April 2025, the DFW Metroplex detached housing market showed signs of continued cooling, with closed sales declining year-over-year and month-over-month, while pending sales saw a slight increase, hinting at potential stabilization. Active listings continued to rise, offering buyers more options, though new listings remained flat, indicating seller caution. Median sales prices were mostly flat or slightly down compared to April 2024, and homes sold for a lower percentage of the original list price, reflecting growing price sensitivity.

The Latest Update On the Wolf Creek Farm BTR

Investor Update – Q1 2025

Construction: During Q1 2025, the development team progressed well on both tracts. The development team is currently installing Tyvek and Siding on the clubhouse and initial units on the Northeast tract. On the Southwest tract, all underground plumbing has been installed, and the team is continuing with building foundation pours.
